Production and Delivery Statement
The 120R Receiver is produced in-house by our small team, alongside our industrial job shop work. Because we are a small company, production priority for the 120R may vary depending on overall demand. Each unit is carefully crafted in small batches. As a result, processing and shipping times can vary depending on where we are in the batch cycle at the time your order is placed. We appreciate your patience as we continue to scale production. Placing your order early helps us prioritize 120R output and improve delivery times for all customers. Please note that current lead times may be longer than usual. This is a temporary situation, and we are actively working to expand capacity and reduce delays. If you have questions about your order status or lead time estimates, feel free to contact us directly.
Current processing times as of 6/2/25:
120R Receiver: 20 business days
Grip Modules: 3-10 business days
All else: 3-10 business days
Please note: If your order includes multiple products, the entire order will ship according to the item with the longest lead time.
If you need certain items sooner, we recommend placing separate orders so they can be processed and shipped independently.
Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
Shipping Rates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Please note: Receivers must be shipped to a licensed FFL (Federal Firearms License) holder. The shipping rate shown at checkout includes all required services: adult signature confirmation, two-day shipping, and insurance, in compliance with carrier policies.
Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email with a tracking number that you can use to track your package’s progress. The tracking information may take up to one business day to appear on the carrier’s website.
Lost or Damaged Items
If you received a damaged item, please contact us immediately at support@g100.net. Please provide a description of the damage along with photographs of the item and packaging. We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
