Product classification
This PDW is a non-firearm accessory. It is not a firearm and contains no fire-control parts.
It functions only with a compatible 120R or G80 Fire Control Unit (FCU). Do not use any other FCU or frame.

Safety
Follow the four firearm safety rules at all times:
- Treat every firearm as loaded.
- Never point the muzzle at anything you are not willing to destroy.
- Keep your finger off the trigger until your sights are on target and you intend to fire.
- Know your target and what is beyond it.
Additional warnings
- The PDW has a manual crossbolt safety. It is not foolproof and can be bumped off. Do not rely on it alone.
- Do not store the PDW loose with pens, tools, or other items that can enter the trigger guard or move the safety. Use a dedicated case or bag.
- Do not disassemble the PDW halves, safety, brace, or brace latch.
- Unload and clear the firearm, and remove the slide assembly fully before removing or installing the FCU. Confirm the chamber and both magazine wells are empty.
- Do not drop, throw, submerge, bend, or strike the PDW.
- Clean as needed for reliable function.
- Keep hands and fingers behind the muzzle. A muzzle device (compensator, suppressor, or blast shield) is strongly recommended. The user assumes all risk and liability.
Operation
Brace
The brace is for light to medium forearm contact only. It is not designed to be shouldered. It sits low so you can see the sights without craning your neck.
- Deploy: Press the button on the rear left of the beavertail. The brace is spring-loaded and will snap rearward and down, then lock open. Keep clear of the linkages.
- Collapse: Hold the PDW body still. Release the brace lock, lift the tail to fold the linkages, then press the brace into the body until the latch catches.
Manual safety
- Push right for SAFE.
- Push left for FIRE.
Spare magazine well
- Insert a compatible magazine until the catch engages.
- Press the magazine catch and pull the magazine straight out to remove it.
Blast shield
Do not grip the blast shield. It is not for a C-clamp or any other hold. Hot gas can exit any gap, edge, or opening. Keep hands clear.
Back to contentsInstallation
1. Prepare the FCU
- Install only the trigger group, slide lock, and slide stop lever.
- Do not install the slide yet.
- The front trigger pin and rear trigger-housing pin must be flush. Overhanging pins will catch on the PDW walls.
2. Prepare the PDW
- Install both magazine catches the same way as on a Glock 19 Gen 4. Catches are reversible.
- Remove all magazines.
- Collapse the brace.
- Remove the blast shield.
- Set the safety to FIRE (push left). This opens the trigger-shoe channel so the FCU can drop in.
3. Install the FCU
- Lower the FCU in at a slight angle until the pin holes line up with the PDW. A light tap with a non-marring hammer is normal.
- If it will not seat, remove it and confirm both pins are flush. If they are flush and it still will not fit, stop and contact us. Do not force it.
- Install the two 3 × 26 mm roll pins. Center each pin left to right in the frame.
4. Install the slide
Align the slide with the FCU rails and run it on as you would a Glock 19 Gen 3.
5. Function checks
Confirm the firearm is unloaded and both magazine wells are empty. Point it in a safe direction.
Safety
- Rack the slide to reset the trigger.
- Set SAFE (push right). Pull the trigger. It must not release.
- Set FIRE (push left). Pull the trigger. It must release.
Reset
- Hold the trigger back and rack the slide.
- Ease the trigger forward until you feel the reset click.
- Pull the trigger again. It must release. If it does not reset, stop and contact us.
Slide stop
- Insert an empty magazine.
- Without touching the slide stop, rack the slide fully and release. The magazine follower should push the slide stop lever up and lock the slide open.
- Remove the magazine.
- Without touching the slide stop, rack the slide fully. The stop should drop and the slide should close.
6. Blast shield
Skip this step if using another muzzle device.
- Confirm the PDW is unloaded and pointed in a safe direction.
- Seat the shield in the dust cover ahead of the slide.
- Install the supplied screws from the underside of the accessory rail with medium-strength threadlocker (Loctite 242 or equivalent).
- The blast shield, and anything blocking the screws (such as a mounted light), must be removed before the slide can be removed.
